I'm Lucy, The Partnerships and Operations Manager at The Alessia Russo Foundation. I oversee the Foundation's operations, governance, and compliance, alongside managing programme delivery and partner relationships, fundraising, communications, and impact.

Having grown up with a love for sport, I understand the great impact it can have on young girls. Alessia built the Foundation to use her platform for real, lasting change - creating opportunities for girls to and thrive in football and beyond. Her determination to turn that vision into practical, on-the-ground impact is what drew me to this role, and I'm proud to be part of the team, helping turn her ambition into a foundation built to last.
