We believe every girl and young woman deserves access to healthcare that listens, understands, and responds to their needs.

Yet significant inequalities continue to exist across women’s health. Research shows that 84% of girls feel unheard by healthcare professionals, while many report difficulties accessing timely information, support, and services for issues that affect their health and wellbeing.

Women and girls continue to face barriers in accessing appropriate care, with many feeling their concerns are dismissed, misunderstood, or not taken seriously. Menstrual health, reproductive health, mental wellbeing, and the physical changes experienced during adolescence can all impact confidence, participation, and quality of life, yet support is often inconsistent and difficult to access.

Through this pillar, we aspire to work across the healthcare ecosystem to improve awareness, access, and support for underserved women’s health issues.

Our long-term ambition is to work alongside government, local authorities, and health leaders to influence policy, improve understanding of women’s health challenges, and drive meaningful, nationwide improvements in women’s health outcomes.

By amplifying the voices and experiences of girls and young women, we hope to contribute to a future where women’s health is better understood, better supported, and given the priority it deserves.
