My role is to help shape the Foundation’s strategic direction and support its work to create meaningful opportunities for young girls. As Alessia’s brother, and through my wider career as VP of Women’s Football Europe at The Team, I have always been passionate about supporting the next generation, helping young people navigate the world of sport and empowering them to pursue their ambitions, both in football and beyond.

Being involved in the Foundation felt like a natural fit, combining family ties with my professional experience and passion for creating opportunities for others. I’m excited about the Foundation’s future, the impact we can create and the journey ahead as we continue to grow and develop its work.
