As a professional footballer for Arsenal & England, I’ve always been passionate about changing the game for the next generation of girls who haven’t been as lucky to have the same path as I had.

I set up the foundation to do that, taking advantage of the platform I have to open doors and create opportunities for young girls, empowering them to pursue their ambitions in football and beyond.

I always say I’d love to ‘leave the shirt in a better place than I found it’ and through the Foundation, I hope to bring this vision to life .

I'm looking forward to the impact the Foundation will make for women and girls for future generations.
